The Schedule button includes functionality for importing schedules from Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6 and performing risk analysis on those schedules. The Schedule Menu has the following options:
Import Schedule File – Start building an @RISK SRA model by importing a Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 file.
Schedule Settings – Define the schedule settings that impact the SRA simulation calculations.
Clear Model – Remove all @RISK Inputs and Outputs from your SRA model, preserving any functions not specific to the SRA model definition. This allows you to begin defining a model from a clean state without reimporting your schedule file.
Schedule Audit – Run a schedule audit to find project definition or schedule logic issues that might affect the SRA simulation.
Standard Gantt – Open the Gantt Chart window to visualize the original tasks in the project schedule.
Probabilistic Gantt – Open the Gantt Chart window to visualize simulated results as a probabilistic Gantt and see simulation statistics in the schedule. This option is available only after a simulation is run, in the active workbook containing the simulation results.
Gantt Chart Preferences – Shortcut to open the Graphing Preferences dialog at the Gantt tab. The Graphing Preferences dialog is also available under the Preferences menu of the @RISK ribbon. This dialog defines default settings for all Gantt charts in every model. This configuration can be changed for individual models through the options available in each chart’s Gantt Chart window.
