The Summary tab (Figure 1, right) displays a summary table of adjustable cell values tested during the optimization, including the best results, the original adjustable cell values, and the last trial results.
If the Genetic Algorithm engine is in use for the model, options for adjusting the crossover and mutation rate are also displayed (Figure 1, right).
Genetic Algorithm Parameters allow the Crossover and Mutation rates of the genetic algorithm to be modified as the optimization is in progress. Any changes made will override the original setting of these parameters and will take effect immediately.
It is almost always recommendes to use the default crossover of 0.5. A value of '0.4' is possible if the best solution is required and running time of the optimization is not an issue.
