About Schedule Risk Analysis

@RISK Schedule Risk Analysis, or @RISK SRA, is an add-on to @RISK that allows you to perform risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation on schedule models that were created in Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6, the leading project scheduling platforms. Schedule risk analysis a powerful tool for understanding the chances of projects missing deadlines or going over budget; for defining project contingencies; and for setting up risk mitigation plans. @RISK SRA brings your project schedules directly into Microsoft Excel, enabling you to take full advantage of Excel’s more flexible modeling environment, as well as all the functionality of @RISK. In addition, @RISK SRA adds a host of features specific to project risk analysis, such as probabilistic Gantt chart views, that make understanding and communicating schedule risk easy. Furthermore, by bringing Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 files into Excel, @RISK SRA enables integrated schedule and cost analysis, so you can assess risk and contingencies on the project as whole.
