Opening & Saving Simulation Data
Generally, it is most convenient to save @RISK simulation results directly in spreadsheet workbooks. Occasionally, however, saving results to an external file is more appropriate; for example, when a large simulation is run and the results need to be "backed up" before another large simulation is run. For more information on saving simulation results, see Saving Simulation Data.
The Open Simulation File and Save Simulation File commands load or save @RISK results to external files. These files have the file extension .RSK5, named after the first version of @RISK that supported that file format. Both the open and save commands use the standard browse windows to either select a file to open, or a location to save a new results file.
